Each weekly group coaching session is delivered via a 60 minute live interactive tele-seminar:

Week 1 - How to play and win the R.P.M. Game.   In this session we will kick off the game and explain how we all are playing our own game as it relates to Recruiting, Producing and Managing.  This is where you will come to understand if you have the right rules in place to win or have you made it nearly impossible and aren’t even aware of it.

Week 2 - Goal setting for goal achieving. Setting SMART goals is not enough.   Regardless of how long you have been setting goals this is where the light comes on for people around goal setting and more importantly goal achieving.  You will learn the mistake thousands of managers make when it comes to setting goals and how to avoid it.

Week 3 -  Eliminate and Simplify for Quantum Growth.   This session will enlighten you as to your capacity to perform.  All of us have distractions that we are aware of that pull our focus away from our goal.  It's the distractions we aren't even aware of that keep us from crossing the goal line.  Once managers go through this session they are amazed at their shift in focus and energy to execute on their goals.

Week 4 - Conditioning and Programming for the next level of Success.  This session provides you the ability to, in essence, remove the bugs in your programs and reformat your hard drive for optimal performance; only we are not talking computers here.  This session has been referred to as the "Extreme Mind Makeover".  It's not who you think you are that is holding you back…it's who you think you are not!  You'll learn once and for all how to delete the limiting thoughts and beliefs you have been operating from and more importantly how to install the new empowering thoughts and beliefs that lead to rapid results.

Week 5 - The 7 Environments of You.  Learn what has been keeping you from easily hitting your goals and commitments.  It's not what you think.  This is groundbreaking in the world of personal and professional development.

Week 6 - Foundation for Success.  The biggest mistake managers make is trying to build a sky scraper of a business on swamp land. Find out how to shore up your foundation to support your Vision and Mission.

Week 7 - Laser Coaching and Removing Blocks.  In this session you will learn how to move you and your team into action no matter what the perceived obstacles.  Instantly gain the momentum you need to get where you need to be to instantly achieve your goals.  You will learn a proven 7 step laser coaching process used by top  coaches and consultants that charge thousands of dollars to go through this.
